The Food

Food is an important part of the retreat. While practicing yoga we aim to fill you with simple traditional Bali food that will nourish you from the inside out. The Balinese see the gift of food both as an offering and blessing so the food seems filled with a higher vibrancy as it is prepared with love and care.

The food is vegetarian/vegan and they can cater for dietary requirements otherwise please just let me know in advance, so I can pass this info on. The food in Bali is fresh and beautiful and feels very nourishing.All meals are healthy vegetarian/vegan Indonesian style and prepared by the lovely cook who knows how to make your taste buds smile. 

We will mainly eat as a group and have Balinese meals three times a day served as a buffet.
