The body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness
— Sayong Mipham

9th-16th May, 2019 (7 nights)

Join Gabrielle Harris founder of Yin New Zealand, and Nico Luce, international teacher trainer for this trip of a lifetime. This powerful confluence of minds and bodies in one magical setting will be sure to move you. Be prepared to step up, meet yourself where you are and shed some old ways of being. This retreat is for those who want to be still, reconnect with themselves and unplug.  Learn ways to realign with what is important to you so you can be shown ways of living that are more skilful and in line with your values.

Each morning practice will be uniquely themed, and will build stability, strength, flexibility and awareness incorporating pranyama, meditation and asana. The intention of the week is for you to fall more in love with yoga, yourself and form new bonds and friendships.  Afternoon practices will continue on the opening created from morning practice in a more yin like way.

In this sweet setting we will not only be diving deep into our yoga practice but will have ample time to enjoy tourist activities, dive deeper into the Balinese culture or simply do nothing except enjoying the simplicity of a book and a massage. This week will surely leave you uplifted, relaxed and rejuvenated!9-16th
